Soft washing is our cleaning method for every surface we clean. This method is an incremental innovation evolving from pressure washing and power washing. We use sodium hypochlorite and a surfactant to wash exterior surfaces. Soft washing is our method of cleaning because the results and benefits of soft washing outweigh that of its predecessors solutions when choosing an exterior surface cleaning option.

Many of us have know of pressure washing and power washing. These are outdated solutions to the existing problem of algae covered exterior surfaces. Green and black algae have long grown on exterior surfaces making them look dirty. The problem with pressure washing and power washing is that the cleaning method causes damage. Small amounts of the surface are inevitably damaged even with the most skilled power washer.

Our soft washing method used Sodium Hypochlorite which is also known as pool chlorine at high concentrations and house hold bleach at low concentrations. We mix a surfactant soap that enables the solution to hold on to the surface while a reaction occurs. The reaction dissolves organic matter in the process with out hurting  the non-organic surfaces. The solution biodegrades and is environmentally safe.
